Last updated: June 1, 2026
Noxelle is a private AI creation studio for adults. This Content Policy explains what you can and cannot create, upload, or share when using the tools operated by Noxelle LLC, including the Image Generator, Face Generator, Face Swap, and Video Generator.
By using Noxelle you agree to follow this policy. We may update it as our tools, the law, and community standards evolve. Serious or repeated violations can lead to content removal, loss of credits, and account termination.
01Who can use Noxelle
Noxelle is strictly for adults aged 18 or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if it is higher. You must confirm that you meet this requirement before you create an account or use the tools.
Noxelle is intended for private, lawful, adult creative work. It is not a public social network, and it is not a place to publish or distribute content to minors or to the general public.
02What you can create
Within the boundaries below, Noxelle gives adult creators broad freedom to explore mature visual ideas.

- Image-to-video and motion concepts built from your own or original material
- Face Swap and reference-guided work using material you own or are clearly authorized to use
- Private moodboards and personal creative development
03What is never allowed
The following content is prohibited on Noxelle without exception. These rules keep creation lawful, consensual, and safe, and they apply regardless of artistic intent.
Minors and age-ambiguous content

Real people and non-consensual likeness
- Using a real person's face, likeness, or identity without their clear, verifiable consent
- Deepfakes, impersonation, or face swaps of real individuals, celebrities, or public figures without permission
- Sexualizing, defaming, or harassing a real person, or content intended to humiliate or expose them
Illegal, exploitative, and harmful content
- Non-consensual sexual content, abuse, exploitation, or depictions of real sexual violence
- Content that promotes, threatens, or facilitates blackmail, harassment, stalking, or doxxing
- Content that is illegal to create, possess, or distribute in your jurisdiction
- Attempts to bypass, disable, or evade Noxelle's safety systems or this policy
04Consent and rights
You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload and the legal right to create what you generate. If your content involves a real person's face, body, voice, or likeness, you must have that person's informed consent.
Do not upload private, intimate, or identifying material about another person without their permission. When you cannot prove consent or rights, do not create the content.
05Privacy and your creations
Noxelle is built as a private creative workflow. What you create is yours to manage, and we explain how your data is handled in our Privacy Policy.
Keeping content private does not exempt it from this policy. Prohibited content is prohibited even in private use.
06Reporting and enforcement
If you believe content created or shared through Noxelle violates this policy or the law, contact us at [email protected]. Include enough detail for us to locate and review the content.
We may review, restrict, remove, or refuse to generate content that violates this policy, and we may suspend or terminate accounts involved in serious or repeated violations. Where the law requires, we will report illegal content, including any content involving the abuse of minors, to the appropriate authorities.
07Changes to this policy
We may update this Content Policy from time to time. Material changes take effect when we post the updated version on this page. Your continued use of Noxelle after an update means you accept the revised policy.
